Audio books you download from GoSpoken will be in the most suitable format for your handset. Once you have downloaded your chosen audio book you will find it in your media player. The easiest thing to do is to go to albums and look for the name of the book you have downloaded.

The audio files are sold in sections of anywhere from £1 to £3 and each section can be from 20 to 90 minutes long. Depending on your phone this file will download as quickly as 30 seconds, however if you are in an area with bad coverage or your mobile does not support mobile broadband it will take longer. Most mobile phones allow you to do this in the background and will not stop you using the other functionality of your phone.

GoSpoken also offers mobile ebooks. This is downloaded via a Java application that allows you to read books on your mobile phone. Some books will also have a free ebook sampler, please give it a try.

If you buy any ebook it will download to your applications folder. Open the application and read the book. Change the colour of the screen or font size, exit the book by pressing zero and the e-book will close remembering where you are for when you return.

When downloading an audio book or a mobile ebook and the network loses connection, GoSpoken will allow you to carry on downloading when you re-connect. If this is not possible you will receive a text that takes you back to the GoSpoken page so you can complete the download again.

When you download an audio book or ebook from GoSpoken we will send you a text message with a link that you can save or bookmark which will take you back to the GoSpoken page that you purchased from.
